Triad Maintenance: Total Lawn Care List of Services Offered

Triad Maintenance is a professional, full-service provider of lawn care. Our team is ready to take on a wide variety of tasks and problems that lawn owners face. Your satisfaction is our drive and 100% guaranteed.

1. Lawn Mowing Service

Our standard lawn care involves mowing your grass, line edging around your trees, beds, posts, etc. We blade edge your driveway, walkway, sidewalk, patio, etc. All trimmings are cleaned up with the use of our blowers. Uniquely, we also clean up fallen branches and pine cones as a part of our standard lawn care service.

Add-On – Weed Pulling and Spraying:

In addition to our standard lawn care service, we can provide consistent cleaning of weeds growing inside your non-turf areas (beds, natural areas, driveway, etc.). This includes the pulling of larger weeds (or ones growing near shrubbery), as well as providing the use of glyphosate-based (Round-Up, Prosecutor, etc.) herbicide.

Although we recommend having your lawn mowing done on a weekly basis due to health reasons, we also offer bi-weekly service.

2. Lawn Fertilization and Weed Control Service

We offer a six-treatment program for fescue grasses that will keep your lawn looking amazing all year round. Our in-depth program involves the use of slow-release fertilizers, pre-emergent applications, and post-emergent control of broadleaf weeds. We will also speak with you about a watering/sprinkler program that is best suited to you.

In addition to fescue grasses, we also offer fertilization and weed control programs for the following grasses:

  • Centipede

  • Zoysia

  • Bermuda

Add-On – Core Aeration and Seeding (Fescue Only):

As a part of our fertilization + weed control service, we also offer core aeration + seeding. It involves the practice of plugging holes inside your soil and then spreading grass seed afterward to help instill the seedlings into the ground. This also includes the use of wheat straw to protect any bare areas from erosion, wind, and birds consuming the seedlings. We HIGHLY recommend clients to have this service performed on a yearly basis.

Note: Due to the various factors and level of understanding of one’s lawn required for core aeration and seeding, we do not offer this service as a one-time service and only offer it to existing clients who are currently on our lawn fertilization and weed control program.

4. Sprinkler Repair and Maintenance

We offer both sprinkler repair and maintenance for the various components of your irrigation system. Our repair and maintenance are not just about fixing what’s broken, but also improving upon what is already working. We will create the optimal plan for your system so that it will cover as much of the desired area(s) as possible and keep water consumption down to a healthy minimum.

Mulch and Pine Straw

We can install mulch and pine straw in your flower beds and/or in desired areas. Mulch and pine straw not only look aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but they also serve the purpose of creating favorable conditions for any and all plants. In addition, there are various types of mulch that can be chosen from.

Leaf Clean-Up

As you know, there is a portion of the fall season where all of the trees lose their leaves. If you have many trees around your property, then it can be a painful process maintaining the leaves and preventing them from getting out of hand. Our staff is well-trained and prepared to take on this task for you.

Note: Due to the incredible amount of time leaf clean-up takes, we do not offer anything except weekly service for this time of the year. Because of this, leaf clean-ups must be signed up for by October 14th to be put on the schedule. Anyone who is looking for a one-time clean-up after everything has fallen will need to wait until December 15th.

Add-On – Leaf/Debris Disposal:

Need the leaves and other forms of debris (branches, pine cones, etc.) removed off of your property? We can help! Adding on leaf/debris disposal will make your yard seem like there are hardly any leaves ever on it. We also offer this service for other times of the year if you need any yard debris removed from your property.
